SMS Terms
These terms apply to OnIT Authentication Messages, an optional transactional SMS program operated by XAE LLC under the OnIT name. When a member chooses text-code access and gives consent, OnIT sends a one-time verification code requested for sign in or identity verification.
Message frequency varies based on sign-in requests. Msg & data rates may apply. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or use; email-code access is available. Reply STOP to cancel; reply HELP for help or contact onitdatasystems@gmail.com. A recipient who opts out is suppressed until they make a new explicit consent choice.
Delivery depends on Twilio, mobile carriers, networks, and devices. Neither OnIT nor XAE LLC guarantees delivery or treats SMS as an emergency, safety-critical, or alarm-grade channel. Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
The recipient must keep the enrolled number accurate and under their control. OnIT may pause or terminate the program for security, compliance, abuse prevention, operational, or provider reasons.
