SMS Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to OnIT Authentication Messages, an optional transactional SMS program operated by XAE LLC under the OnIT name. OnIT and its messaging provider Twilio process the mobile phone number a member provides and limited messaging records, including consent and revocation status, message status, timestamps, provider identifiers, and delivery errors. We use this information only to deliver requested authentication codes, honor STOP and HELP requests, secure the service, and troubleshoot delivery.

We do not share, sell, rent, or provide mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent to third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes. This rule applies regardless of any other provision in this policy. We disclose mobile information only to service providers such as Twilio acting on our behalf to operate and secure the messaging program, or when disclosure is required by law. Those providers may not use the information for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Message frequency varies based on each member's sign-in and resend requests. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or use; members may choose email-code access instead. Message content is limited to the requested one-time authentication code and basic security context and does not include financial details or customer work records.

Records are retained only as reasonably needed for consent and opt-out evidence, security, delivery troubleshooting, legal obligations, and operational auditability, then deleted or de-identified when no longer needed. You may withdraw consent with STOP and request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy help at onitdatasystems@gmail.com, subject to records we must retain for legal or security purposes.
